People are complex, everyone carries a certain amount of baggage or trauma around with them, but that pain isn’t all that defines them, but it is something that adds color to their lives, it shapes the lens with which they look at the world and interact with people, but no one wears their pain on their sleeves, everyone puts on a facade to appear normal. This body of work shows the stripping away of Adewale Alli’s facade and shows the deconstructed man beneath, with all his trauma, pain and insecurities on full display.
